INFRASTRUCTURE

DYEING

We have a full fledged modern dyeing unit to meet the color fastness as per the requirements of buyers . Azo-free dyes are being used in our production to meet the global requirements.The unit is environmental-friendly adhering to international standards.

WEAVING

Our looms are capable of producing excellent products in handloom and powerlooms and can weave plain, dobby & jacquard.Width of fabric produced varies from 150 cms to 340 cms.

STITCHING

Stitching unit is equipped with imported machines and manned by highly qualified cutting and stitching masters as well as experienced tailors.Embroidery work is also being done efficiently by competent persons.

SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT

Our sample development unit fully meets the buyer’s time frame.The design studio creates patterns and motifs according to the trends and colours invogue.

QUALITY CONTROL

The quality control team checks every product at every stage of production to meet the exact requirements of buyers.We offer test reports from the Textiles Committee (Govt. of India), S.G.S, Texan Lab and other competent authorities as per the buyers specifications.

PACKING

The company offers the products in various packings as per the requirements of buyers with all additional embellishments.
